Weekend Activities
Throughout the year, Hope for Youth coordinates special weekend activities to engage teens in new cultural experiences. This past year several outings were arranged for mentors and mentees to attend Astros games, ice skating at the Galleria, and other social activities. Currently there isn’t any money designated in the budget for these activities, however, Hope for Youth believes in the power of this kind of programming to engage youth in non-traditional activities. Hope for Youth relies on the generosity of donors to provide this kind of programming.
